Section 1 — Scope of Enterprise Services

Reach AI Data provides managed AI data operations, human-in-the-loop (HITL) model evaluation, RLHF/SFT annotation workflows, vector search indexing, and dedicated B2B operational infrastructure governed by individual Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).

Section 2 — Confidentiality, Zero-Trust Access & Data Isolation

All client datasets, prompts, embeddings, and evaluation outputs remain the exclusive intellectual property of the client. Workflows execute inside role-restricted, zero-trust environments aligned with SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and GDPR Art. 25 data-protection standards, with zero cross-client model training or unauthorized local PII retention.

Section 3 — Service Level Agreements (SLAs) & Governing Law

Production accuracy thresholds, throughput SLAs, and dedicated engineering pod allocations are defined in each client's executed Statement of Work (SOW). Inquiries regarding legal terms or security compliance may be directed to info@reachaidata.com.

Inquiry privacy

When you contact us, we handle the name, work email, company, service interest and project details you provide. We use these details to respond, assess your project and follow up on your inquiry.

People handling your request and providers that support hosting and correspondence may process these details. We may also disclose them when required by law. We keep inquiry details as needed for these purposes and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Our team operates in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and Pakistan, and may handle inquiries across these locations.
